Contracted with Charles to inspect a home we considered for purchase. Met Charles at the property and discussed all items noted in the inspection. We used this company for a pre purchase home inspection. Mr Priest was very professional and very intelligent with his inspection. He spent 3 hrs inspection the home and spent another hour doing a walk through afterwards and took time to explain and answer any questions we had. I would recommend this company and would use them again if I was going to purchase again. This inspection could have saved us potentially 8000 to 12,000 that could have been out of pocket for us. Best money I’ve ever spent in purchasing a home.
