I've been a patient of this practice for 20 years and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is exceptional and efficient and all the Docs are wonderful....I've seen them all. I've had occasions where I or my family needed attention after hours and have always had timely responses. Once out of the country I had a medical issues and thought...I just need to get back to Cleveland to see my Doc at TVU. This is a wonderful practice with great Docs and staff. Keep it up folks...you are making Cleveland a better and healthier place to live!!

Our family has had the privilege of being seen by all of the physicians in this practice. They are all top notch and go above and beyond in their calling as physicians. We have had routine procedures such as a vasectomy to all out scary emergencies. Each time we were met with professionalism, expertise and sometimes a sense of humor. We trust these guys with all of our hearts and highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of urology issues.

The clinic was nice but it was a waste of a trip to see a specialist. Dr. Box had no bedside manner and showed little interest or concern in my situation. He offered no sound advice and asked me how I would like to treat the issue. I am not a doctor. That's his job. Very disappointed in the lack of care.
