Our son (19 years old) and daughter (17 years old) were shopping at Tesco Tenterden and refused purchase of alcohol even though our son had proof of age ID and is an adult. This was apparently because our daughter was with him. This would imply that if I was with my daughter (father 65 years old) I would also be refused.....!!! Seems to me that Tesco should get a better understanding of who is allowed to buy alcohol. Very bad service. We will not be purchasing from Tesco again.

Sold what I needed and the customer assistance in that shop are so polite and friendly!! But mangers don't seem to notice customers in the shop to busy taking to each other
