Nice Kway chap. The Kway broth is light and pairs well with the gamey flavour of the innards. It's a bit different from the typical Kway chap. Well executed!

Very old school authentic taste - first time coming across it. My usual favorite Kway Chap is at West Coast Market Heng Heng Braised Duck store. But I’m so glad that I get to try it today during lunch time and there’s no queue at all as it is public holiday - only 2-3 stores opened, so we are really lucky to find some food to eat. The innards are well braised and are really tender (don’t have the game taste) and the Kway is special made that it absorbs the taste of the soup and melts in your mouth. It’s really tasty when you pair it with the fried shallots. Very nice and friendly uncle. Will definitely try it again.
