The best carpet store in Berlin!

I went to the store to look for a berber carpet; before I was at the store in Gneisenaustrasse of the same company. In both places I found extremely uninformed, unfriendly and uncooperative staff, apparently neither interested in helping me find what I wanted, nor selling their products. Misleading information on the website added to a most frustrating experience. Not to recommend.
