This church is the church of the patron saints of Slovakia. Here you can find a Nativity Scene all year round. This Nativity Scene has moving parts, is huge and very beautiful.

Beautiful church with the most amazing moving hand carved Bethlehem scene I've ever seen. It had different scenes beside the obvious, such as the different occupations at work (seamstress, baker, etc). The church itself is pretty simple with pretty windows, altar and organ at the back. Outside is a small memorial to Virgin Mary as well that you can light a candle and pray at. The hours are posted in Slovak, English and German on the door. Definitely a nice stop while in Terchova.

Rímskokatolícky kostol sv. Cyrila a Metoda stojí uprostred dedinky. Na prvý pohľad zaujme svojou veľkosťou. Dominantou kostola je oltár s veľkým krížom. Po príchode do kostola (v pravo) je umiestnený pohyblivý Terchovský betlehem. Betlehem funguje na stlačenie vypínača. Keďže dedinka nie je veľká neďaleko kostola sa nachádza aj socha Juraja Jánošíka, či vyhliadková veža.

3.8. 2019 Kostol hneď záujme svojou tvarom. Je veľmi pekný. Chýbali mi obrazy, je ich tam veľmi málo. Prekvapil nás pohyblivý, drevený Betlehem. Blízko kostola je parkovisko. Oplatí sa ho vidieť.
