Far enough away to feel isolated, close enough to easily get to the park, groceries, gas - whatever you need! Daryl was incredibly prompt in responding with any questions. Really clean and charming. Warm water, kitchen, toilet. The telescope is amazing. Spent most evenings hanging on the tower just staring at the stars. Highly recommended.
