Ordered 4 tyres which I haven't received yet, delivery time (2 weeks) exceeded and there is still NO tyres. I emailed them NO responds. No tracking information. Finally I taked with Amazon and I will get my money back hopefully. .... La Supergomma must send their customers in this case me an email about the delivery status... nothing at all. Never again. By the way I wonder how some people gave good/positive rates - strange!!

So my situation just gets worse not only have i paid for two tyres been promised a delivery date that passed a week ago , but i now discover that when i visit your website that other customers are in the same situation as me that you don't respond to emails you do not dispatch tyres and you state in response to other customers who have not received goods this is because Amazon do not pay you, i don't know who is right or wrong here you or Amazon but one of you has my money !!!! - I Repeat again IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND ARE A UK BUYER I STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT BUY TYRES FROM THIS COMPANY .
Worst experience. Bought 4 tyres from them and they did not provide any tracking or answer the phone or emails. 2 weeks later I still haven't got the tyres. Wasted my time. Do not buy from them !! EDIT AFTER YOU HAVE ANSWERED TO THIS REVIEW : STOP LYING and accusing Amazon for your faults. Why didn't you reply to the emails sent to your website's email or why did you not answer the phone days in a row ? YOU ARE LIARS!!! and now you are trying to blame others for your faults !! Also, why did you marked the order as shipped with DPD if you are saying that you did not received the money for the order and not sending it ? LIARS !!
