Eggs benny on waffles was absolutely amazing! Tastiest waffles I've ever had! I added bacon to mine and it was the best breakfast ever! Service was slow but they were pretty busy, additional staff could have been used but all in all I will be back anyways

Had lunch at the restaurant with a friend, it was hands down the grossest food I've had in Terrace. There was a thick food clot on my turkey chowder (no real turkey in it with a cold hard bun on the side) and my friends sandwich was supposed to be rye bread but it was white french toast that was sweetened (no idea why, it was just supposed to be dipped in egg) with processed cold meat inside. The server was nice but the girl who brought our water had her fingers on the top part of our glasses where we drink from. We will never NEVER go back there as this was our third and final time trying. If you like cleanliness and fresh real food, this is NOT the place for you.

We got the jacuzzi executive suite but didnt like the fact that privacy is not high on Management's agenda. The toilet is not separated from the rest of the common area. You can also hear every drop of water being used in adjoining suites, not to mention every step and the odd word from the people above. During the evening we stepped outside for a smoke and when we went back in, the front desk immediately called our room to accuse us of smoking in the room. Astonished, we said we weren't and he then informed us that we weren't allowed to leave our door open while smoking outside. Which would have been ok except the key card locks had repeatedly not worked and when they finally would work it got stuck in the open position EVERY time we used it. So unless you like being spied on by the front desk through the camera aimed directly at your front door, being falsly accused and crapping in front of your roommate then avoid this room. And to the managment; security cams are for security of your guests. Not spying on them.

Food was very good. Great portions. Dessert was even better. Service was excellent. Only complaint, change the music to quieter jazz or turn volume down.

The location is good, the bed was comfortable and the tv channel selection is good. For living in a pandemic, the cleanliness is lacking. Talked to the front desk, didn't help, only said that the head of housekeeping was notified. The cleaners didn't seem to understand English and only left towels. The floors were filthy, smudges on everything that is touched. I bought cleaning wipes and wiped things down, glad that I did, it didn't look like it was ever done.
