Lunga Holdings

I called looking for a stove for a rental unit. The lady said she might have one in the back, but can't check right away; she'll call me tomorrow. The next day she didn't call, so I called back... once again, she advised she can't look, but she will call the next day. Next day comes, still no phone call from her. I call and this time she didn't even bothered answering the call. I called the following day (4 day in a row), twice, no answer. It was clear she was avoiding my calls. So my caretaker called her from another phone number and she answered promptly. When she was confronted why is avoiding calls from my #, and not returning calls, she said she was planning to call back later. I have no idea how they can stay in business if they behave like this. Shameful behaviour!

We have dealt with this store on three occasions and on all three occasions they made something problematic happen. The last time they charged some little old lady for one of our large items. Told us we didn't owe the money and basically told us that we didn't know how to count and refused to take payment. Then a year later they said "oops, you totally owe us money cough it up" less than a month before Christmas during a pandemic. You are better off going anywhere else.

Customer service was superb! They made sure we really got the best deal possible on our purchases, and went out of their way to make sure we found what furniture we were looking for. We were encouraged to try out any of the pieces we were curious about, and it was quite enjoyable to shop for furniture with so much selection in store and online.
