I love staples. I could stare at the neatly organized stationary for hours. If wouldn't hurt if some of the staff were a little more knowledgeable as to the layout of their store.

The staff are great. The personal touch and care is lost though when you get to management.
Extremely pour customer service . I went to the store to buy a pretty large amount of office supplies . I had to ask to several associates to help me since they were all at the front desk chatting and none was around the store. The super young guy that helped me had no clue on where any material was located in the store. Such a shame for a company that usually runs pretty well .
The staff was nice and I can find what I was looking for so it was a good day
Awesome service. Didn't catch the ladies name that helped me but I bought a bunch of supplies for our field office and I was in and out within 10 minutes
