Nice and welcoming staffs. They did a thorough winter inspection for me in a timely manner and did not overcharge me for unnecessary items. Although, it is a small dealership, they have done their best to create a pleasant atmosphere for customers while waiting. Two interesting initiatives were: providing different chargers for phones attached to a battery and placing a flower in the car for Remembrance Day.

Ritchie was very rude to me and not helpful at all. Him and Cathy made me feel like I was nothing but a bother the whole time I tried buying a vehicle. No communication either. I called them basically chasing them, only to be told "it's my problem" that I wasn't happy with how things were being done. Crazy.
