I came to Terrances on the Parkway yesterday. I met a lovely young lady, Brittany, who is the assistant manager. She greeted me with a smile and saw how stressed out I was. I had been all over trying to find a place to live, Brittany, was so kind and thoughtful and put me at ease right away. I filled out the application and paid the fees needed to hold the apartment. There were several people that came in and out needing help, Brittany was in the office alone and she greeted every person with a smile and helped each individual. Not once did I see her stressed out, she continued with that lovely smile, that was really nice to see as a potential new tenant. I really look forward to hearing back and hopefully have the pleasure to call it my home. Thank you, Brittany for being so sweet and very professional!

I am not one to normally leave reviews, but this go round I just have to! Kim the office manager is exceptional! She has been there and offed suggestions when I needed, and she’s always handle any issue that I’ve had in a timely manager. I hardly ever have to go into the office but when I do it’s always a pleasurable experience. Even in COVID!! Thank you again Kim!

The property is responsive, it may take a bit because they’re always busy but Kimberly will definitely get to you ASAP ! Great community to live in , office staff are very understanding.
