I received the best customer experience by staff member Joe. I came in to buy a last minute Christmas present for my best friend and he directed me towards the best products. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable, I was a frequent of Happy Hookah in the past but will now continue coming back to TS for all my smoking needs. Thank you Terrapin Station! Thank you Joe!!

Nope. I came into the store after two other ladies. No one spoke and said hey or anything. I stopped at the shirts, no acknowledgement. I went to the pen counter, no acknowledgement. There were two guys and a girl behind the counter. I waited for awhile, tried to make eye contact with anyone. Even pulled out my pen to make gesture that is like to purchase another. No acknowledgement...as the taller guy walked right past me to a pair of ladies. I went to buy 5 pipes and 10 pens for an upcoming party. I guess my money isn’t good enough here...

I traveled a long ways to be disappointed!! After the purchase of a pricey product I was treated poorly. Not to mention item broke in 3 days!! Rude staff claims it’s my fault. I’m just out my money now. Never in 40 years of life have I had this issue. None of the employees respectful.

UPDATE: management reached out and took care of the problem. With the exception of this particular instance, the associates were very helpful. I purchased a uni battery on 9/16 because it was sold to me as a superior vape battery. It has not been working properly since this past Tuesday. I went by twice as the first time the associate was able to fix the issue. Two days later with a different cartridge, the battery is still malfunctioning. The store won’t do anything about since their return policy and exchange window has shorten (rather then allow more time since everything is taking longer during these pandemic times). I kept being given the run around of policies, long story short their return/exchange policy is 3 days for any electronics. I wasn’t notified of their shorter return policy when I made the purchase. I kept asking the associate that I just wanted a functioning battery since it has barely been a month. So instead she just told me ‘well this is how you can research for yourself where the product lives up to its reputation’ after I told her that I was recommended this battery for their superior quality and cartridge protection.
