April 14, 2020 7:15 Am I-840 from near exit 31 east bound. Your steering wheel holder, did not like the fact when he waited to just before off ramp to switch lanes. I had the lane, he started to come over on me from inside lane. I was in outside lane. When I blew my car horn to signal to him I was there, he rode the truck horn. As I drove the off ramp to I-65 North your steering wheel holder rode my bumper and still rode his horn I had several cars in front of me. When on I65 north he started to using cell phone to take avi of me driving. he just missed hitting a second car in his lane. steering wheel holder got off at exit 61 I-65 north
