I have to start off by saying that they do good work and their prices are far below the larger competitors but the customer service leading up to the work is horrendous. We had to follow-up with them constantly for plans to provide to the city, then when we had issues with the city because of a disputed property line they caused extra delays by not providing new plans in a reasonably timely manner. Then when it came time to settle on a start date it kept on getting pushed back and this caused extra problems for us because we had to move a tenant out during the work. Then when the 2nd part of the project got delayed because of an early snow fall, the work got postponed to the spring. That wasn't a big issue for us but the subcontractor that he found was not able to honor their original price because the plans they made were not correct. At this point we were fed up with the back and forth and went with someone else and paid much more for the work. If you have a simple project and time to deal with bad customer service I would recommend them if not it's not worth whatever savings they can provide.
