The last time I went here I took my granddaughter on a weekday afternoon to get pedicures and we waited 2 hours and never got helped. The time before I went an hour before the posted closing time and the door was locked the lights were off and nobody was there. I have gone here for years, but lately I have noticed the service is becoming very poor only because of the fact that you can't get anyone to help you when you need it. They definitely need to hire more people. :(

They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Got a full set and a deluxe pedicure and they were very nicely done. Will be back.
I come here quite often but today was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I sat in the waiting chair for 30 minutes and no one asked what I needed done. I finally get asked and then was told 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later I finally get to sit in a chair to get my nails done. They don't even look like what I wanted. I'm very disappointed.
My experience: getting tips... received a greeting, good so far then placed on a chair with a woman that couldn't manage a smile... She made a nail crooked so I politely informed her it was crooked. she said I'll fix it... Then she went to my other hand and placed 2 more nails which was crooker then the first one... Once again I informed her of the nails she said it was due to my finger... Lol... I ask if I can get my nails done by someone else the owner told me to come to him... No apology but he suggested that I should go else where... Great customer service... Never again!
Do not go to the 1880 W Moore location I paid the male tech 20.00 for my fill which was 17.00 and he could keep the change. However once I was out of the way the same technology charged my fiancé 40.00 for services. Skamers, manipulators and thieves.
