Not wanting the pears to go to waste, Stacey, the owner, learned to make jam. The first was pear vanilla. It has become our signature jam and the one that got everything started. For us this was a move back to the basics. Past generations took the fruits and produce they grew and made jams and preserves. Amy Lane Jams hearkens back to that bygone era. No factory. No corporate structure. Just nature and fruit and great jams, jellies, pickles and more. One of our clients asked us to make gift baskets and thus began the other part of our business.
