We met family members here for lunch and we got quality service and food! I wish I could remember our wait person's name because he was fantastic! He was attentive but not overly attentive.

So disappointed!!! We ordered 3 orders of chicken and shrimp pasta with extra sauce. There was no extra sauce, it looks like I asked for light sauce. The pasta was very dry and very little chicken. I asked for guacamole for my fajitas that I ordered and didn’t receive it either. We live 20 minutes from the restaurant. I will definitely order from the Chili’s in Forney the next time.
Great experience. Kim was my server. She did a great job. She was super friendly and my drink stayed full. Also the food was perfect! I had the chipotle chicken mex bowl and loved every bite. I'll definitely come here again.

Visiting from out of town, figured Chili’s was a safe choice. Upon walking in, we could smell that something had scorched. But I stupidly ordered chicken fajitas anyway. Omg! Every bite tasted burned. CLEAN YOUR GRILL, people! The server was attentive and the tea was good. But definitely left there not happy.
They have messed up on our order twice! Once charging me for a buger I did NOT order!! The second time the ribs were tough and pretty much got fed to the dog. We also ordered 4 mini burgers...they gave us 2. When we called to complain the manager laughed in our face over the phone. He didn't get serious until we showed up in person and demanded our money refunded IF he even refunded it at all! This place needs to get their stuff together. I work customer service myself and never would I EVER laugh in a customer's face if my place of business messed up an order twice in a row. NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
