My granny and papaw were here and they were not taken care of like they should have been. My papaw had breathing problems and the air conditioning went out on his hall and he was given a fan that didn't help him, it aggravated his condition and he was rushed to the hospital where he passed away. My granny's clothes came up missing and she would be wearing others clothes even men's. My uncle took her a burger one day and he left and had to return because he left his phone in her room, and walked in and caught an aid eating her burger...granny had alzheimer's and she didn't know. I reported this facility to no avail....
