The lady’s up front were very polite and helpful and even though we brought the boat back a little late after a long search and rescue mission for a lost family member inna jet ski they did not charge us a late fee. Really good people and a business worth supporting.
We had a great time renting a wave runner from Lake Effects. The people are really nice, the machine was perfect. I held back a star because they told me at the end that they will hold my deposit for another 5-7 days. Not cool. They should tell you that up front. I was expecting my deposit money refunded back in my account immediately upon returning the equipment in perfect condition.
The customer service is amazing. They are truly one of a kind and made our day on Lake Norman unforgettable.
Highly recommend Lake Effects Boat Rentals. We've worked with John for years. If you are looking for a boat club, this is an excellent choice.
