My mother has only been there a short time. Our mother is receiving great care at this center. The employees are awesome. We recommend this place to anybody looking for a place for their loved ones. Thank you so very much!

Where do I start! My grandmother was admitted to this facility out of very few choices for covid Patients. I regret the day we placed my her in this place, she ended up passing away @ Terrell Health Care! We didn’t get to say good bye no call or anything! We were told inconsistencies over her entire stay, we were told told we could call and FaceTime her anytime most of the time they wouldn’t answer the phone, I called personally several times! ! The admin is rude and takes offense to family asking questions that they should be asking about their loved ones care at his facility! I will be writing and calling every person who might have authority to investigate Terrell Healthcare so hopefully this happens to no other family! To this day we cannot get her records and we don’t know the official cause of death they have been mute and won’t release anything to my mother who was in charge of her mother my grandmother. When my sister picked up my grandmothers belongings they gave them to her filled with Urine and feces, seriously urine and feces covered! Our family is devastated and can’t help but think my grandmother would still be alive had she not been here at this facility! Terrell Healthcare will not continue to operate how they have been our family will see to that! We will not go away, if we can save 1 family from this heartache we will! Regards Michelle
I’m going on 3 years here. I’ve been very very very happy since been at this place. The people that are here you can’t beat them. I have a lot of fun here and have a good time. I love the people. There are several employees’ that have become good friends, and I believe they will help me. Since I have been here as long as I have it has begun to feel like home. - Joe Pool
I came back to work at Terrell Healthcare Center as the Director of Business Development in August 2018. This is my second term with Nexion Health. I have been very please with my experience. I feel supported and very confident in my coworkers. The facility is a very charming home full of lots of incredible people. Our residents ambassadors, volunteers, staff and community partners help make Terrell Healthcare Center a place to love. I’m very proud of the dedication and commitment from everyone involved in the care for our residents.
As a former state investigator and surveyor I can recognize a quality long term care facility when I see one. This one is exceptional. This is a Nexion facility, which policies are designed to exceed state and federal regulations. Their systems have been put into place to ensure that all of our residents receive the highest possible level of care according to each of their individual needs. Our administrator is a hands-on stay-ready leader who runs the operation of our facility with high expectations of our staff and compassion for our residents. More importantly, the people who reside at this facility are genuinely happy to call it their home. The reality of life is that nothing is perfect, but it’s our striving for perfection that families should consider when placing their love one in the care of Terrell Healthcare Center.
