I was seen today.. I waited 2 hours but it was totally worth it. Assessed my situation immediately gave me medications and Sent scripts to the pharmacy.. Also give me a plan in case the current treatment was not successful because I might need to see a specialist. And she gave me a trusted doctor referral.. The staff and the doctor were very professional and kind. The place is spotless. If you ever have an immediate need the money I paid was well worth everything I got. It was actually lower than I was expecting. I have told many friends about this particular clinic. I had a wonderful experience. I was in pain in a little unsettled and I left there with a treatment plan feeling confident. What more can you ask for?

Unless it is a last resort, I will not be coming back to this place. It was very nasty. The doctor or nurse practitioner what ever she calls herself was rude to my son. The x-ray tech seemed like she was scared to break a nail. Very unprofessional . My son had to get a boot put on his foot. The nurse didn’t know how to put it on, no big deal we all have to learn, but they just put it on him with no concern if it was on properly. My son ended up figuring how to put it on properly. Wow! She told me that his foot looked fractured , but they wasn’t for sure. She said they would reach out to me with more details. I haven’t heard a word. No compassion. For me and my family, we will go else where.
This place has a horrible protocol for signing people in! Do not go on a Monday. They tell you to call at 12:30 on the dot and not one minute before, then all 50 people call at the same time and you cannot get in. People who got in line 10 minutes ago getting in ahead of people that have waited since 8:00 AM! I understand it is a hectic time, but this place needs better management and to come up with a better protocol that is more time efficient! Maybe put a sign up sheet outside where you can put your phone number.... there are many solutions you can come up with!
I have been to urgent care 3 different times. Each time I have came everyone was very professional. Covid testing can be a long wait but it’s worth it to have a peace of mind
You need a better system. Got here at 8am. People who arrive after ne got results before me . Took 2 hours just to get swabbed. Should be able to leave then get email with results
