Beware truckers! Can only access customer from US 80 westbound. If you are eastbound, there is a turnaround just past customer, just be aware highway is extremely busy and most won't slow down when they see you maneuvering. Westbound, turn right into customer, only one entrance and if you are driving a long nose, you will definitely have to buttonhook the turn, or capture partial of both lanes. I was in a Volvo, so thankfully had a little extra to play with, but did not realize the severity of the turn because it came up pretty fast with traffic flying by me and I almost put my right, rear trailer tire in a severe ditch. I mean my tire was literally half on the pavement and half hanging off. Poor design, they need to expand entry way for 18 wheelers is my thought. The dock is at the North end of the building, so while driving down the front of their building, hug the right side and you will see an area to turn your truck to swing the rear of your trailer pretty much in line with dock. A little tight, but easily doable. Fast and friendly unload process and you are rolling again. I personally always enjoy delivering to John Deere, they usually are pretty friendly and pretty quick.

Maintenance experience was incredibly professional. Own a Z John Deer model, 0 gravity riding mower. Took it in for a tune up and worth waiting. It may 10 years old, after I got it back, the mower runs like a new one. Staff is friendly. Would highly recommend.
