I could not be happier with Terry Henricks, Michael Gruen, or my 2018 Ram! Everyone was masked up and careful- you don't have to sweat buying a vehicle during the pandemic. The service was outstanding as always- this is our second vehicle purchase from Terry Henricks and we have no reason to go anywhere else. The prices are exceptionally good, and I shopped around hard for several weeks. This truck was not just a great price, but it was a great value compared to everything else that I saw on the market. And it is SO clean! I know it sounds counterintuitive that you can buy a better vehicle for less money, but you have to remember that Terry Henricks moves TONS of vehicles. I literally have a 349 payment on a 2018 Ram that is a certified pre-owned vehicle and the powertrain warranty will last me until 2025. Heck when I added this vehicle to my Credit Karma account, it came up as being worth 1,000 more than I paid. Try that at another dealer.
