Could not fault the wait time (7 weeks) for my Hypnos Ortho elite silk mattress - extra firm double. Loved the price, cant fault the service and professional advice via Sue at Terry's bed center Nuneaton. Due to Covid all ordering and payment was done contact free. Great professional delivery, arrived when stated. Free removal of old mattress. Thank you will recommend and purchase again.

Bought a bed just over a year ago which completely collapsed on both sides across the middle after 13 months. Contacted them and was immediately told we hadn't turned it enough and would be charged for someone to look at it. Told to keep turning it and it could knit back together. Contacted them again by email as too annoyed to phone and advised we would get trading standards involved but no response. Just had our new mattress delivered today and finally got some sleep after 3 months on a (not cheap) defective mattress. This company are great when you are giving them money but forget any after sales service as they are not interested.

The service could not be better. We had a problem with our new mattress and the shop could not have been more helpful. Not only did they come and inspect it themselves, when the manufacture asked to come and see the problem it was promptly arranged and the fault was confirmed and we were offered a replacement or an exchange for a different one. This has now been sorted to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone. Best wishes. Mrs M Barnard.

Best place to buy beds. Been using for over 30 years. Friendly, informative. Nothing is too much trouble. Good delivery, take old bed away as part of service.
