Absolutely horrendous communication. Don't return calls, emails and will only reach out for payments. Has absolutely no interest in maintaining any relationships with tenants and treat them like sub-class humans. This is in relation to a business tenancy and not one of the other tenants I have spoken to has got anything nice to say about them and their processes. As a tenant, you are non-existent to them. Simple as that. Imagine the stress and anxiety this causes business owners especially what we've just gone through with the pandemic.

I have never dealt with a company, or an individual worker, Jimmy Wong, who represented themselves so poorly. By this I mean, literally refused to communicate, over very simple and direct questions. Verbatim quotes from my attempts made to communicate with Teska Carson/JImmy Wong: "There's nothing to discuss" and "No we will not send you what you are requesting". An unprofessional outfit, with little to no understanding of their own business, or parameters within which they operate and/or who they serve. Would not recommend to anyone, even if I really wanted someone to suffer.

Very good experiences here with Owners Corporation management in two different properties. Jimmy Wong is very professional and gets the job done with an absolute minimum of fuss. Have dealt with him for years and he never misses a beat. Vinson Phu is also great to deal with. Highly recommended.
