Employees were very friendly, informative, and put up with a lot of questions. Test drive was easy and COVID friendly. Employees sanitize in between drivers and let you take the car out by yourself.

The sales people there are very courteous and answered all our questions. My bother had scheduled a test drive and the sales rep went over many details and features in car before the actual test drive. The drive was impressive and of course acceleration was unreal. No pressure whatsoever. My brother simply has to decide which model he prefers. Overall experience was excellent.
It might be too generous to give a 1 star review here. We scheduled a test drive with Valeria. we are probably 5 mins late, when we are arrived we are told the car is sold in the early morning and this lady called Valeria is not even working today. It’s either this lady was angry against us being 5 mins late or they are really unprofessional to sell the car in the early morning and never inform us. So thanks to them we wasted our 1 hour trip here. Oh forget to mention the store looks somewhat dirty, not sure it’s the lighting or what. Pretty BAD experience here.

One of the better service center. They are really lucky to have their manager Don take care of this location. He is the epitome of customer service and kindness.
Scheduled a “touchless” test drive appointment. Showed up on time at the agreed upon location. Waited for 15 minutes for the sales rep to come meet us. Sales rep was wearing his mask on his chin. He decided to jump in the car with us to show us around. Asked him to wear his mask properly or we’re gone. Touchless?! What a terrible experience... this location does NOT comply with COVID-19 regulations and there is no such thing as “Touchless Test Drive” here.
This small location still has room for all three of its current model like up. You can get in the cars and check them out, and even go on a test drive. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They'll help put together realistic quotes for you, help you with your test drive and more. Love that there is no sales pressure!
