Repairs done, covered under insurance(advised by 2 people) in July 2017. Received bill for said repairs end December 2017(had been in for maintenance in November and advised there was more repair needed to be covered under insurance). Vehicle held due to not wanting to pay bill. This was the worst of the many other smaller issues at this dealership. Very poor communication and not owning up to their mistakes, expects customer to pay for them. Responding to above response: There was never any communication about insurance not covering the costs of the repairs until 4 months after the repairs were made. How is this good communication from the garage? Regarding the emails, I never expected immediate response as I am well aware that there are more customers and other things to do, however, a response within 24-48 hours would be a good time frame and not a response after a weeks time.
