We came for 3 day stay for a family celebration. The Pension sits above Teufen, with a beautiful image across the valley. of the Santis, and the town below. I was on second floor, and also had a lovely view of the back garden. It has a duck pond, with Koi fish, a BBQ area, a running spring and lots of beautiful plantings. My room was quiet and comfortable, with it's own shower and WC. Breakfast was in a lovely sunny room overlooking the garden. Food was great, and ample quantities. Hostess/owner could not have been more welcoming. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended for a place very near Appenzelle and St.Gallen, and of course the Santis!

Nice familt pension solution for one night or some days in the area. Rooms are simple but with all activities to be done in the area it is pretty Ok
Our friends booked a very nice room for us there just under the roof, it had a lot of space and suited good for a family with kids. One big room with double bed and one small room with two single beds, and a small but nice kitchen. In the morning we had a magnificent view from our window at the Säntis mountain. Wonderful pension with beautiful design outside and inside, tidy and cosy, very close to the center of Teufen, and its host is a very friendly person.
Very nice little hotel, family atmosphere, good breakfast.
Unfriendly service, really bad breakfast, loud neighbours and the noise of close-by church bells all night made sure we will never ever stay here again.
