I brought a part. When I was back at home is was missing two clips. I went back in that afternoon to be told the stores were shut - Returned this morning was given two clips - got them back - they are the wrong size. Phoned up and was given some flannel about how the suppliers was changed last year which is why the two parts did not match. Not a word of apology. Tries to speak to Mrs Lane the owner - not in - Manger - not in - the phone was hung up on me. - Should have gone to Travis Perkins - just next door.
