I worked with Matt, he was great. He right away understood what I was looking for and needed to better manage my chronic back issues and gave me some ways to advance and build on what he had me doing during out visits. His massage also worked wonders on some ankle swelling I couldn’t seem to get rid of and gave me some things to help strengthen it back in to shape.

She gave me a lot of workout routines to work on, and now I feel a lot of improvement in my muscle strength and stability. I have been going to see Mark and Mitch at Advance Orthopedic and Sports Therapy for years. For over 30 years to be more precise. They have helped me recover from minor to major soccer related injuries. Over the past few years they helped me recover from a broken ankle which required a plate and 10 screws to be put in. The recovery time for an injury like this is 9-12 months. With the help of Mark and Mitch, I was able to make a full recovery in 6 months. Without their support, guidance and knowledge I would have never made this type of recovery. Most recently, my 12 year old son had a avulsion fracture on his hip where is quad attaches. Mitch helped my son in his recovery process. He was extremely thorough in explaining what and why he was doing and how it related to his recovery. Mitch's bedside manner was very comforting to my son as this was his first major soccer related injury. He did a fantastic job to a point that my son enjoyed going to PT. There is no one I trust more with my sports related injuries or my son's injuries than Mark and Mitch. This is the reason why I have been referring friends and family to them for years and also the reason I will only go to Advance Orthopedic and Sports Therapy for all my PT needs!! As a former professional soccer player, I have seen many PT's, but it you want the best, go see Mark or Mitch and their highly qualified staff! David D. Advance Orthopedic is the best place to go for any kind of physical therapy. Everything is done to insure a clean and safe environment. Everyone is friendly and extremely qualified. I went for plantar fascilitis and strained ligaments in my foot. It was painful to walk. I'm now able to walk pain free and get back to doing things. Mark Manfredi is the Foot Whisperer!! I would highly recommend Advance Orthopedic.
