I often place mobile orders in the morning on the way to work and the morning crew always gets my order quick and it’s always waiting for me as soon as I get to the store. The afternoon crew doesn’t even come close to being as good as the morning. I placed a mobile order as usual and when I went to pick it up it was not ready and the crew was sitting around on their phones. I had to call out to them many times until I finally got their attention.

Received a pushpin in my iced coffee. I asked for 2 cream only, when I received a very white coffee I asked kindly "could I please have it a little bit darker?" It seems the retribution was a dangerous, metal center pushpin.. and god knows what else may have been in this coffee given that fact. I am an honest, local business owner and frankly this is beyond horrifying. I never opened the lid to this coffee so I know it happened inside dunkin donuts. Negligence at best, otherwise this was some kind of twisted revenge for a polite request.
Horrible. To have 7 employees behind the counter and it take 10 mins for each order.. and then the reviews. Omg. I'm surprised there even still open.
after 3 failed attempts in NH including one girl legit staring at cars not helping, i stopped in a horrible mood to get food...the guy working right now not only delt with my bad mood but put me in a good one...way beyond his need for customer service! Cheers!
Great service and coffee
The hours posted online are not valid - this location is not 24 hours. The employees are rude and none of them were wearing masks. They forgot half of my order and then refused to make the rest of it even though I paid for it.
Rude service. Horrible food. The woman behind the counter did not like that we wanted a different donut than originally ordered and she gave us a dirty look and threw a donut in a bag and was rider until we left. Iced chai tea might as well have been milk.
Decent, sometime burnt coffee but that’s alright.
