Extremely poor customer service and experience. Right when we got there, the owner pressured us to get an “upgrade” from the groupon that was purchased from relaxation to deep tissue. We agreed pay the extra money up front. After we paid the extra money, she proceeded to show us the tip procedure and said its based on the original price. The massage was not good (It was her first day) and the owner complained about our tip afterwards. The massage was only 50 mins instead of 60 mins. The overall experience was not pleasant. I normally would not write a bad review but I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody.
Went to Golden Spa for first time and it was great! The prices were fair and the service was incredible. My wife and I did the couples massage and it was unbelievable. I would highly recommend.
The service is great but if you're going to leave a tip, make sure you give it directly to the workers and not the owner. Sometimes the tips don't make it back to the workers.
My husband and I had an amazing hot stone couples massage. We ended up signing up for the 360 minutes deal each! Thank you Tracy and Mei!
