Oksana was the woman who measured my eyes. David was the man who put my glasses together. Dr. Jenna Willard was the optometrist who did my exam today. Fantastic experience. Nice nice people. I felt cared for and appreciated.

Arrived and processed in a timely manner then proceeded to wait for an hour before getting up and asking for a refund of my copay. The receptionist asked why, and I explained the situation. She got up and within seconds the Dr. was all of a sudden available to see me. But I declined his help. Unreal treatment, especially when dealing with a painful eye condition. Please save yourself some time & trouble & Do not step foot into this lackadaisical unprofessional practice

Great staff! The front desk staff is efficient and very helpful-It always a pleasure to speak with Pam!. The wait time was minimal. The office is very clean; taking extra precautions during Covid is very much appreciated as a patient with multiple risk factors. Dr. Bolliger is thorough, kind, patient and a wonderful ophthalmologist. David is the optical shop also went out of his way to help with my prescription lenses! I have been a patient of this practice for decades- we moved away 2 years ago and I drive 90 minutes for care because they are so good.
