It is a great place to work. I have met so many different people and helped with so many different issues. It has always nice to hear from the home owners and tenant to say Thank you for helping with my issues.
Great PM company to work with. Always on top of everything and great communication between us and the residents.
Very unprofessional! Our condo building has gone so far down hill since silva took over. Got rid of landscaper and cleaners. They send a guy with a push lawnmower. Once a month. No weed whacking. And he leaves long grass everywhere. From pushing mower to fast. Cleaner does minimal. I have lived in my building for 9 years. Amd it has never looked so bad. Inside and out. Seems funny to me. That every good review is from a contractor or employees. Any work that has been dome by their contractors is so sub par. It's not even funny. And over priced work. I own a condo in a building they manage. And I am a contractor!!!

Joe Silva, emailed me once, and called my cell phone twice when I was inquiring about rental property in Chelsea. I emailed him back with a detailed list of questions. He Emailed me back "I called and emailed. Evidentally you are not interested". (this all happened in less than 36 hrs). I emailed him a few more times letting him know how unprofessional I thought his behavior is. If your looking for a management company I would recommend trying someone less brusque.
Not only is this management company unprofessional; but they use intimidation and threats to bully the individuals that go to them for help into submission. The e-mails that they will send you are laced with sarcasm and ultimatums. Do not use this company if you want to feel secure in your property.
From: Dick Delaney Meadow Brooke 341 It's been observed that here at Meadow Brooke that a number of repairs should be made, the first would be in front of building 2 at the doorway number 2. The eave of the gable's left side should be inspected do to the falling screen for the window above. Also the siding where the screen landed requires inspection. The next repair is the closer on the front door of building number 3 doesn't close the door and the heater is running constantly. On the 4th floor of building 3 on the residents hallway leading to the elevator bangs and also requires adjustment.
