I didn't mean to have given only (3) stars originally, so I did just change it. My overall experience when getting my eyebrows done has always been good. Yet for some reason whenever I get my hair cut it doesn't end up being what was discussed. Usually shorter layers and always turns out to be uneven. So I end up going somewhere else to have it fixed the next day. I like the convenience of Supercuts since it's so close. Even though it's a busy location, it's easy to get an appt to get my eyebrows done. I do feel as though the stylists rush through clients.

Very nice staff at this location. They are pretty safe. After not cutting my hair all year, it was great to find a safe place to get it cut

Covid protocols made me feel safe, the place was super clean and the staff were friendly! I got my hair cut and colored and I am more than pleased with the results. Christina was very personable and made sure to tell me everything she was doing with my hair, and she also gave me tips on how to maintain it. I felt comfortable the whole time and I will be returning.

I got my haircut done by Danielle not to mention I hadn’t cut my hair this short in 25 years & she made me feel so comfortable & made sure we didn’t just straight chop it off. I really recommend her, my haircut looks amazing & I feel great. Thanks Danielle see you again sometime soon beauty.

Hair dresser was very good and I didn't have to hold the mask to my face at all, i was able to keep it on my ears the whole time. My hair looks nice :)

Had a wash cut and blow dry on 9/16/20. The girl was pleasant enough but not well trained at all. I feel as though she just graduated from hairdressing school. I asked for short and tapered in the back, cut up over my ears, and wispy bangs. I had to tell her 3 times to cut it shorter and my right side was shorter than my left. Forget the blow drying! It was just awful!. After spending 38.00 dollars I didnt expect to go home and have to re-cut and blow dry my hair. I will never go back to her again.

I went in to get layers for my hair that was half way down my back and the woman that cut my hair made my hair SHORT up to where my shoulders are. And the “layers” she added was only one section in the front and it’s all un-even and chopped up. It looks as if I took a pair or regular scissors and tried it on my own. I’ve never been so disappointed.. I’m now going to a different salon to get this mess fixed. NEVER going back.
