If I could give you 0 stars I would. This is a corporate store? Should be ashamed of yourselves, reps are absolutely unprofessional, can’t answer simple questions, un knowledgeable about products and services, I would never think about going to this store ever again, wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here. Not when there are many better stores in the area, if you want a bad experience, go here

In the summer of 2019 I switched to Sprint and in this store I had a great experience with the entire team of associates and the manager. Today as I go to pay off my phones I realized that they were in fact chasing a sale and not giving me the service I thought I was getting. Sprint customer service admitted to being aware of their unethical sales practices yet I have no choice but to continue being a Sprint customer. I am sick to my stomach for ever giving Sprint a second chance and I write this review to advise of my full experience for anyone considering a change.

Walked in to the store, after running credit and sitting down they say “sorry this promotion ended yesterday, my bad” I got over it then went a different direction that’s fine, then after they push EVERYTHING and almost imported the numbers they say Awww we require a down payment LOOOL what a joke! And they don’t even realize how bad that looks but I guess people don’t care
