We originally signed up with the owner of BizCompass. Then they were bought out by Thrive. The Regional Manager, Brendan, is very unresponsive. He gave me his cell phone because of problems we had and said call anytime. Then he repeatedly never answered the phone or returned voice messages left. We had them in our office often daily or at least weekly for months. It was like the Keystone Cops! We terminated our contract and they then refused to release the passwords to our account even though our account was paid in full. THEN, they tried to charge us for another month after our termination date and STILL did not release the passwords. We used them for 18m months and it was 18 months too long!! Rich and Sean are the only two guys who seem to have their act together in this place. Be careful of these guys!!

After working with Precision IT, and subsequently Thrive Networks, for five years, we decided to change IT support companies after they failed to respond to an RFP for converting us to Office 365. After Precision was acquired by Thrive, their service level suffered dramatically and this was the final straw. They also had failed to properly patch/update our server, which crashed and didn't have proper backups set up. After we gave them notice we planned to terminate their service, Thrive refused to provide us the passwords and other credentials to network hardware until we paid them for 8 months of service they were no longer going to provide. Their withholding of our property is certainly unprofessional and likely illegal. Had they behaved professionally, we would have happily paid our final month's bill and gone about our business. But their lack of business ethics is unacceptable, so we wanted to let the world know before anyone else decides to do business with them.
