Love the pediatric clinic. They have been my kids doctor/s for at least 15 years. Seen immediately when child is in need. I can always call the nurse and I know she will return my calls.

I like my Dr. at CC, but I am so incredibly frustrated that they won't call you to give you results. They will only mail you a letter, and since I live out of town, it take ages to get to me. It's hard to actually get to talk to the nurses because they leave early. CC is really terrible at communication. So frustrating.

Once you get past the OB waiting room the dr’s and nurses are great. However, most visits I wait 2 hours to be seen. Terrible organization and management of appointments and patients waiting. OB bathrooms are never clean. Very disappointing.

Overall the staff is very rude. The receptionists are very unprofessional and the people who do your pre-certainly are all on marijuana. They even keep marijuana products in their offices and use while they work. I will never return to a place where junkies work.

Let me start by saying we were there for two hours and left with no more information that we had to begin with. My PCP referred me here and we will not go back. The neurologist we saw ended up just going over the reports we already had in our possession and referred me to a subspecialist in Little Rock. It took 3 weeks for a heart monitor to arrive at my home for me to wear. It also took four calls/messages and two and a half weeks for the nurse to call me back about my migraine meds and specialist referral (WHICH I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN), only to have her tell me the wait time isn't uncommon. Saw my cardiologist who stated that he's been going back and forth with them also on my course of treatment and does not like their office. He has referred me back to Baptist where I came from. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
