I have searched online over two hours to try And report a fugative in Bowie County, TX. Nothing but a run around. In one instance I Was redirected to a 3rd party site that charged me 30 for a worthless report. What a scam. I can not even find Crime Stoppers. There js no active warrants list or anything to verify. This person was ajudged and placed on probation. She was to report to jail and assignment to rehab. Now she is hiding and refuses to report. Doing drugs everyday and stealing. What the hell?
