I ordered an arrangement for my sister who had her first baby! They did an amazing job creating exactly what I described! They were so nice and easy to deal with. We will be using them again!

I'm pretty disappointed, I chose an arrangement from their website and called to ensure they could make it. They assured me they could. What was delivered looks NOTHING like what I ordered. They didn't even include the roses and the daisies look like they've been through a blender. I paid for the upgraded, fuller bouquet and there is nothing full about this. I would not use them again.
I called and ordered from Florida for my favorite Aunt's funeral..the lady was nice and accommodating..HOWEVER I was so upset when I saw the flowers at her memorial service. The flowers were wilted, and looked like they had been dropped and rearranged. I was so saddened that at such a terrible time for my family the flowers for my Aunt looked like they were arranged by a sixth grader. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You should be ashamed!
The only florist I've used for 10 years! I've ordered prom corsages, funeral arrangements, and special gifts and I've loved every item!
