I was in Wally's on May 16, 2017 at about 2:00 and my experience was so terrible I will never go back again nor will I send anyone that I there. Myself and some family members went there to purchase items for my daughters graduation party and we could not find any of the workers to assist us. So we decided to spread out and try to find someone to help us and it seemed like the workers were running from us seriously. When we would call out as one of them walked by, they would act as if they didn't hear us. So as we make it to the front of the store we see all the workers in a big huddle talking and laughing. At this point my blood is boiling. My daughter found something she wanted so we went to check out and there was a customer in front of us. After this lady paid for her items the cashier just walked off like we were not standing there. As we waited, thinking maybe she would return, she never came back. So I started ringing the bell and she comes from the back of the store didn't apologize and acted as if nothing happened. Trust me when I say never I mean never will I return to Wally's in Texarkana. I'll drive to Shreveport to Party City. Wally's workers were so absent we could have stolen the whole store if we wanted too.

The employee @ Wally's party factory are the nicest group of ppl I have met, I'm a party planner and I go so many times in there that they have become my second family, Tamika, Monica, Allyssa, Madison, Brandy, Greg and Mrs. Linda, so friendly and go above what duty call for,, I'm sure. Never never had to even give it a second thought if balloons or any decorations I would come here , I have a lot of party that I've done and this group has come through time after time, they get along so well together, always helping each other out, but always greet me every time I'm in the store. I will back them they do a great job for me, I'm surprised they don't get better ratings and I'm sure it comes with the business and we are human and you can get it right every time, but with me if something goes wrong weather it's my mistake or theirs is corrected and it turns out super, my business April Showers will always used these guys. You should be proud, great group employees .
