Took less than 48 hours to issue my new certification after I summited my ACE. Very impressed

Took them 10 days to send the appraisal to the mortgage company 2 days before closing requiring unrealistic and not needed epairs\ before the mortgage could go through. Also, appraised the house 15k below market value. Unprofessional and dragged butt. Seriously, 2 days before closing??
