We had floors put in a couple weeks ago and the are beautiful! however we weren’t please with a few things. Therefore we asked if someone could come out and fix them. The gentleman we spoke with on the phone said he would have someone come and take a look that Monday. However no one came and no reply to our email. We also paid a 75.00 fee to have our old carpet taken to the dump. The old carpet is still sitting in our backyard. Still pleased with the floor we picked out just wish these guys at Texas flooring would make this right.
