Windows are cleaned to a very high standard, with a card put through the door so you know they've been done. Payment can be made online so it's very convenient for me too. Would highly recommend.

We know the day before that he's coming, and if he can't gain access to our rear garden because we're out, then he will just wash the front windows and bill us accordingly.
