THE OFFICER PROMISE US TO GIVE SOME DISCOUNT DUE TO COVID -19 LOCKDOWN PERIOD, AS PER HIS INSTRUCTION WE PAID HALF AMOUNT OF THE BILL.NOW THEY REFUSE ALL. NOW WE ARE GOING TO DISCONNECT BSNL SERVICE COMPLETELY AND WILL GO FOR A PRIVET SERVICE PROVIDER.
