Dr. Kravecz is incredible. As an expat in Switzerland I was a bit anxious about finding a GP that would be able to help me given my limited Swiss German language skills and my complicated diagnosis. Dr Kravecz quickly eased my anxiety and familiarized herself with my condition by asking important questions and most importantly, listening to me. She provides a level of care that is almost unmatched having come from the US healthcare system. She often answers queries outside of business hours if the situation is urgent, appointments are easy to come by and her staff are always warm and friendly - something that can sadly be absent in the Swiss experience as an expat. If you’re living in the area and looking for a very good GP, especially if you’re an expat and new to the Swiss healthcare system, I highly recommend Dr. Kravecz. My wife and I have both had great service over the years.

Very polite and positive personnel (both Dr. Lemis and her assistants) that adjust to individual needs and requests. I have some OCD-like behavioral problems and I'm very sensitive about specific situations. During the health tests I have told personnel about my problems and they took my requests with absolute patience and total professionalism. Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. med. Kravecz to anybody without any doubt! She is one of the very rare kind of doctors from our time, who really cares about her patients. She wants to heal you asap and she is with heart and passion at her work. She also have a good network from other great doctors. So you are definitely in good hands by Dr. med. Kravecz. She also like to joke around, so you are laughing and getting faster healthy again. Huge Like for that :-)

Rude and totally ignorant staff. My wife called them for an appointment when she had 40 degree celsius temperature and explained to them that we have an infant child so it is difficult to travel away for her. The staff bluntly told her to find some other doctor as they are busy, well i can understand this, but then she was explained how to pronounce Dr. Daniel Hüssy correctly because her German is not good. Seriously, what kind of irresponsible and ignorant people have they hired to answer an emergency call. Before this conversation i had huge respect for Swiss healthcare, but this is the worst experience we ever had.

I ll have a problem with this report.. I cannot get it below 500 words. She and her predecessor - saved me patched me up fixed replaced couple parts basically all my list is done and healthy as an apple. Yeah i need to fix a cavity thats it. With her you can go down the cooperative partnership of solving hard to identify issues or can let her guide the ship. See? I need to start again.. lets keep it at cutting edge profession honest caring of you razer sharp memory and cheerful nurses they all speak english. Yea i suck at this cause i never wrote any review in my life so give me a break - credit well credit is due, hats off i am oscar mike. Yeah they have lab there to imaging etc.. on a lil top of a lil village its jackpot!

He does not deserve for a star at all. He dislikes children, and does not want patients to bring their children to see him, but he never mention it until you asked why he didn't do any checkup when you were sick and with the children. Sorry to be offensive, but I felt that he's a racist, he always gave me a bad look to show that he didn't want to see me. Moreover, he talked to me rudely but was very polite to talk to my partner who was a European when we both saw him together. We both find his attitude was bizarre and unacceptable. I was so disappointed to choose him as my GP and I could not imagine there's someone like him to play such an important role as a doctor in Switzerland. I switched to another GP eventually. To all moms, avoid him if you fail going to see him alone without children. Apart from that, he also cannot help you much for common illness, no matter you have a cold, a flu or a stomach ache.
