Worst costumer service I've ever experienced! I had an emergency issue and they assured me an appointment in two days (as the test that had to be made needs a diet on the day before it), as I sent them the assignment from my doctor. Mr. Gutzwiller then decided on the day before the text (where I already did the diet and gave in a holiday day at work for the following day) that he doesn't want to do the test before a consultation (even though my doctor sent the assignment). There was no need for a consultation, especially since this test wouldn't hurt me when no matter the result. They probably only wanted more money for the consultation hour. I never in my whole life experienced such an unprofessional doctor as I was in pain, crying on the phone and the only thing they said was that they could do a consultation in one month. They didn't even care that it was an emergency and the other doctors tried every test except this one. Also the doctor himself refused to talk to me and explain to me why he needed this and only let me talk with his medical assistants, where one was very kind, the other was an unrespectful and laughed while I cried. This doctor proves that doctors can pass all of their exams without caring for patients and without having a heart.

I have to agree with other reviewers on behavior of the dispatcher/secretary. I don't know why she is unhappy but she thinks her unhappiness related to patients. She is absolutely unkind and unprofessional. I was sent by my doctor and she called me to schedule an appointment. She was really hostile on the phone for some reason I don't get. She is an old lady and it is not very uncommon ,from my experience ,for an old swiss lady to be hostile against who does speak not swiss german.

Während der ganzen Behandlung fühlte ich mich in einer absoluten professionellen Umgebung. Eingespieltes Team und in jeder Hinsicht top kompetent und freundlich. Als Patient/Kunde fühlt man sich nicht als irgend eine Nummer sondern fühlt sich als Mensch wahr und vor allem ernst genommen, was in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich ist. Durch all diese positiven Aspekte fühlt sich auch ein \Angstpatient\ am perfekten Ort. Ich kann diese Praxis nur weiterempfehlen. Ein HERZLICHES DANKESCHÖN dem ganzen Team!!!
