Very rude and unhelpful staff. I asked one to tell me the price of a toy that wasnt written to which I go an abrupt go ask at the counter I dont know. I went to the counter where a customer was packing her bag and leaving. I asked the lady at the counter from the line I'd like to know the price of this item. I was loudly and rudely told to wait for my turn. The other lady was already leaving and I had made no attempts to get close. Will not be spending my money here.

Not the biggest selection of toys - but maybe I'm just too used to the large toy stores in the US? There's definitely enough of a range to find something for a party that you're invited to, but other than the puzzles, most of the stuff there seems to be low quality.

I would like to highlight the bad customer care experience I had recently at this outlet because it doesn't have a clear communicated return policy nor right system in place. I went to return two expensive toys and they refused to give me the money back and only gave me a giftcard instead. Right before Christmas they were still giving the money back if items were returned in perfect condition, and based on that policy I bought those toys.The change of return policy was never communicated to me nor is written anywere visible for customers like in the ticket. The store manager said I should refer to their AGB conditions, where no information related to returns and exchanges is stated, and to a small sign behind the checkout which is on purpose bearly readable. The sign related to the most important thing to customers which is return and exchange policy is the smallest and nor readable. This poorly handeled customer experience is clearly going to keep me away from buying at this store in the future.

This shop is mostly about the toys and it's true that choice is really great. Though, even though this is no Baby's R Us - I would expect to have a bit more typical child-care stuff. Nice and friendly staff. Narrow paths and it's always hot there like in the greenhouse.

Large store. Great selection of toys but also has some baby clothes, diapers, bottles, pacifiers, strollers, car seats, bed sheets, bicycles, children books, etc. Parking in the building is 0.5 CHF for every half hour.

Convenient location, good wide parking bays and very helpful staff who even brought the play sand I bought directly to my car and lifted it into the boot for me.

Mid sized ToysRUs, with a wider range of things than you would expect based on the size. Downside is that there are not many toys unpacked to play with.
